problem with reading cd in psx

hello, I'm from France, and i've just got my new (used) psx. the problem is, that one of them doesn't read none of my all cd's =].it just gives it back after 3 sec. i've even tried the "laser cleaning cd" but without any results. what to do? please help. there is no warranty for them.what can I do?

ooooh. The "cleaning CD" in those players is not recommended. May actually do more harm than good. There's a phone number somewhere around here for European support. <shuffles some papers...tosses a keyboard..>
