While scratching on my PS2 it seems to drag sometimes when i release the platter! I tried scratching with the lightest touch and still it drags once in a while. I just got this set last month. Has anybody else had this problem?

It's not really a problem. What most people don't know is that while your scratching on the PS2 you have to release your hand from the jog wheel without making the platter spin when you let go. Try It Out.
Also make sure that your pre set paramater is at 0.
