Pocket Scan lights

Hi everyone, I was just looking for a little guidance since I'm new to intelligent lighting. I picked up 4 pocket scans from a club that closed down for a cheap price. I dont run a DMX light controller and I know that these lights can run without a DMX controller, but my question is can I connect these lights to a American DJ SC8-System Lighting Control System? What I am trying to achieve is stopping these lights from running when I want to use other lights during a gig without turning them completely off because once I want to use them again during the gig, I dont want them to go thru the reset process when the lights boot up.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

The only way I see this working is if the pocket scans have a sound active function in the dmx traits. I'd have to dig up the manual to find out for sure.
