Pixel layout

Hi,

I have a few LED wash fixtures very similar to the ADJ Focus Flex L7 with full pixel control.

When I’m patching them, each fixture appears as a single ‘line’ of 7 pixels which can be a bit tricky to do pixel mapping with since the fixture isn’t shaped as a straight line but instead round, just like the Focus Flex L7.

Is it possible to rearrange the pixels from the line to instead match the physical layout of the fixture?

I’ve tried to ‘grab and move’ the pixels but they all move together as one group, I can’t seem to rearrange the pixels of a single fixture.

Hi the pixel layout is assigned when we edit/create the fixture profile itself, it cannot be moved around within the MyDMX software. When we make profiles if we do not see it highlighted in the user manual for the fixture the pixel layout we will just use a line.
So if you can tell me the exact fixture you are patching and can also illustrate the exact pixel order, we can edit it.

The specific fixture is called ‘Fos Wash Q7’. I’ve attached a diagram of the correct pixel layout.

Hi, sure thing here is the updated profile, but as a note, you will need to delete these fixtures if they are already patched and then also delete the profile and then import it or manually add it to your library then re-patch, you WILL need to reprogram these lights after deleting them.
