October 14 & November 14 software crashes

I have tried the October version and November version but they both crash in mid show. I run Windows 8 and the older (2013) version was much more stable. I did remove the old versions before loading the new ones but now it is almost un-usable. Please can someone help me as this is very urgent!

With the Oct release installed did you try to uninstall it then re-install it? for whatever reason that's what I am hearing clears up a lot of issues. So, try installing the Oct release again please. Thanks!
