Nothing is happening..

I just picked up the hardware at the post office today, ran home and installed it... Only to find out its defective..?

When i plug it in my computer, install the drivers and software, adding my four Mega Bar LEDs in 11ch mode..
Nothing is happening..

my LED bars is in dmx channels 1,12, 23 and 34. The fixtures is in D-P3 mode which is 11ch mode. But when i move the faders om my computer, nothing is happening with my LED bars. They are all blacked out.
I noticed the USB devices DMX indicator is flashing green even if i don't have myDMX program opened, or even installed on another laptop or any DMX cable connected to it.

Am i doing something wrong here? When i plug my LED bard into my Martin Freekie controller everything runs smooth.
I also tried to connect some of my other lighting equipment, that also works 100% with my Freekie controller, but none will react to what i do in myDMX.

Running 64Bit Windows 7.

False alarm!
I took the matter in my own hands and opened the device.

The connector from the circuit board and to the DMX connector were not connected properly, i simply pushed on it till i heard a click and when i connected it to my computer it all worked =D
