Mydmx not saving easy remote commands

Are you using easy remote on a android device or iOS? And iOS 7 or 8?

An android device

The android device seems to be working fine.
I only loose my settings when I close mydmx.

If you hit the lock button on the app and then hit the folder, you should see an option to save, are you saving?

Yes, I'm saving on both the app and mydmx.
I have also tried saving in all 3 modes in mydmx, setup, editor, and live. Just to make sure I have covered every option.

One thing I have noticed is that in the app I don't have a "back" button. The app was downloaded from the google app store.

But I think it's the problem is mydmx not the app. Even if I keep the app open and close mydmx my settings are lost.

I am running Win 7.

Just had a look in the Device Manager section of Win 7, and the mydmx2.0 dongle is listed under - Other devices, Unknown device.

And it says there are no drivers installed, and it doesn't find any drivers when I search manually or automatically online.

Not sure if this is relevant, but I thought I would mention it.

Go to the my dmx2 folder and launch the "SiudiDriver" application to re-install the drivers and see if that works? i'm gonna check your other issues soon.

I had to install them manually, It didn't find them automatically. But they are now installed.

Unfortunately the Easy Remote actions are not being saved in mydmx.

Is 2.0.2 the latest version of Easy Remote for android, and if not is there anywhere I can download the latest version.

James, I get the feeling that there is only you there to solve everyones dmx problems.

I have noticed that if I close and then restart mydmx. In the live window, when I right click on one of my buttons it gives me the option to clear Easy Remote command, if I had already saved one. But it does not give me the option to clear the Easy Remote command if I hadn't already saved one.

Not sure it that makes sense, but basically mydmx knows when I have saved an Easy Remote command to a button, and when I haven't.
It remembers this even after I restart mydmx.

But when I restart mydmx the Easy Remote app not longer controls mydmx.

Does anyone else have any ideas why this might be happening.

That doesn't work either.

Even when I have added my easy remote commands, and them saved the show. Even if I just reopen the same show that I have just saved, my easy remote commands are not working.

I can however close the device that is running easy remote, launch easy remote again, and it will all still work.

It's only when I reload a show or relaunch mydmx2.0 that my commands no longer work. This means that I have to reset all my commands every time I start mydmx.

Any thoughts on anything else I can try.
