MyDMX GO wifi constant interruptions at my house.

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with my MyDMX GO setup disconnecting from WiFi when I use it at my house. However, when I take the same exact equipment (including the router) to a friend's house, it works perfectly with no issues.

Here's what I've tried so far:

I've ensured that my router is functioning correctly and have reset it several times.
My iPad, which runs the MyDMX GO app, is positioned close to the MyDMX GO box.
I’ve turned off all other WiFi sources to reduce potential interference.

Despite all this, the MyDMX GO disconnects only at my house.

Any suggestions on what might be causing this issue specifically in my home environment? I'm running out of ideas and would appreciate any advice!

When I use hardware manager and try to go onto the wifi section, it comes up with error code: XHL 17

Hi, grab the latest hardware manager from the MyDMX GO product page for windows: https://www.adj.com/mydmx-go
If that doesn't work, let me know and i think i can find a newer hardware manager for you to try.
