MyDMX 3.0 Software Freezing

I have mydmx 3 and have been using for a week now and today it froze and shut down. What could be the cause of this? Can it be resolved? Im using a new lenovo laptop.

Hi, check and make sure Windows is up to date is one thing that could help. Has it happened more than once? and are you using the latest myDMX 3 release from April of this year that you can download from the product page?

I recently downloaded mydmx3 and im on version 23 April 2019.

Windows needed a update which is probs why it happened thanks for your help.
