MyDMX 3.0 crashes when I try to download fixture profiles

I am running MyDMX 3.0 on a Windows 10 PC and when I try to download additional fixture profiles from the database, the software freezes up and nothing is downloaded. Why is that?

Can I download the fixture profiles directly from the database without using MyDMX 3.0 and just copy them into the file structure?

I really need the SSL-2 profile for the Cameo Nano Roll 100 (https://adamhall.s3.amazonaws....MX_Control_Table.pdf). Can you send it to me or provide me with a download link for the profile?

No, I was using the December 2017 release. I just updated the software and everything works now!
