MyDMX 2.0 Not supported on iMac?

I am trying to run MyDMX 2.0 on an iMac.
I get an error that says "You can not run MyDMX 2.0 on this type of MAC because it is not supported"
What is up with that?
I have run it on a MacBook Pro for some time now but want to run it on my iMac.
The iMac is running snow leopard 10.6.8
HELP!!!

Hello,

It should run on your iMac under OS X 10.6.8.
I do it with the same computer and same OS version. It runs perfect. I have tried it on a macbook pro under 10.6.8 and it runs fine too.

Pastor, can you please get a screen shot of that error and email it to me. We have had no issues with the program running on iMac...i would like to send this info to the design team. Also, have you ran a full iMac software update, possibly have one or two updates needed for your computer.

The app wouldn't download because the server sends a message saying the app doesn't run on my smartphone. May be it is due to its running under android 2.1 ?
The Samsung Galaxy belonging to my wife is eligible.

this is no app that runs on the computer itself, only the program. The app is for your phone or tablet...the app links to the program running on your computer

I mixed up somewhat my message : the phone app doesn't download on my smartphone (running under Android 2.1) but it should on my wife's one because it runs under Android 2.2
The computer app runs fine on my iMac (under OS X 10.6.8) and my powerbook (OS X 10.5)
