MY DMX BUDDY DEMO MODE

Hello,

I purchased a MY DMX BUDDY and when I connect it and run MY DMX 2.1 I keep getting a message that pops up stating that I understand the software runs in demo mode (No DMX outpit). It it telling me it is seeing 1 interface but keeps running in demo mode.

Any help would be greatly needed!

Hi, Anthony.
Which version, or release date, of the software are you running on your computer? Which operating system is your computer running? Do you get any error messages when opening the software? Have you tried updating the firmware on the interface?
