Hi, I'm just starting looking into lighting for a band, I want to make sure that whatever system we go with is expandable in the future. I'm planning to start off with one DMX controller (an Operator 384 for example), this will allow me to control 12 lights (I'm going to be using midi), if I then decide to add more lights can I purchase another controller and control them both with midi ?? With the two controllers I would set up a 24 light scene, save this as Scene 1 on both controllers, I would have both controllers on the same midi channel and send them a midi command to select scene 1, etc. Any help much appreciated !!
