Midi shortcut is unaccessible

Me and my dad use MyDMX 3.0 and an novation ableton launchpad 2.0 to take care of out lighting. After not working with MyDMX for a few months, we stumbled upon an error in our way of mapping. Normally we select the 'map in midi' option, but for some reason it is now grayed out and we don't know how to find out why.

Did you purchase a temporary license? Like a year or use a free 30-day trial?
