Does it have a 10th dipswitch? If so invert it's current position.

Thanks. Tried that but it makes no difference. The 10th dipswitch appears to be an on or off. On it runs all the time with no effect on it from My DMX

ok so the manual states that dip switch 10 needs to be off for dmx operation. if you can tell me the starting address of the motor i can tell you the proper dip switches set up info and you can test it.

The starting address is 31

You will need to have dips 1,2,3,4,5 in the on position. Dip 10 is off. Also make sure your patching the 2 channel profile to start at 31 aswell. Hope this helps.

Also, make sure that you either make the changes with the item turned off/no power applied and/or power cycle it after making the change. Many devices that use DIP switches need to be power cycled if you make changes "hot". You won't harm anything by making the changes while on, just some won't apply the changes until they get power cycled.
