LIGHTS NOT RESPONDING / MY DMX 3.0

Hi, i have a question, I have a problem with my DMX 3.0, the lights are connected with a DMX cable, the wiring order is correct, and my DMX 3.0 is connected to my Windows 11 computer. The power light is on, but the USB light is off, what is the solution for this?
I've already tried changing usb and dmx cables, restoring my computer, reinstalling the software, checking the USB ports on my laptop but I can't get my lights to work. Thanks in advance

Hi, when you get the interface brand new it should prompt you to register the device to an account you can create ahead of time at store.dmxsoftcom, have you done any of that or seen any prompts to enter in a key card code to register the interface? Also try a different USB cable if you have one handy.
