lighting issue

I have been using mydmx 2.0 for almost 10 years with the same adj flat parr q12 lights and am now trying to add blizzard lights lg hex par. I am only able to get 2 colors from the blizzard lighting (red and green) I have put in on channel 2 to get 11 modes but only 6 show up. I have read the manual for blizzard lighting as well and feel I have followed all instructions but no luck. Any tips/suggestions would be helpful. I am not sure if I didn't patch them correctly or there is a setting on the blizzards themselves that I don't have set up right.
