OLICOMember

I purchased a 120 LED bar some knock off brand. I have the manual for it but I can not control it via the software. DO I need to build a profile for it or can in manipulate another to make this work. Im not light savy at all so I use this for basic functionality. Can someone help me through this process of building the profile, if thats what I have to do. The light has 5 channel Mode, 14 channel and 49 channel. Max I would only use 14channels

Hi, if you have a manual we can find or make a profile for you that matches. I'm aware of a few other copies of this fixtures, i just need to find the profiles for it and compare it to the manual you have for this light.
