Light fixtures fxpar 9 strobing out of control with MyDMX3.0, DMX control software/hardware system

I have 8 fxpar 9 fixtures that sometimes will start flashing in a strobe effect and the My DMX control software/hardware system is not able to take control and stop the flashing strobe effect.

All software and firmware is up to date, all DMX cable are new and sometimes when I turn the electrical breakers off and on the situation resolves itself.

Has anyone had a similar challenge?

FXpar 9 is a chauvet fixture, they should be able to assist you with this, sounds like maybe a hardware issue in the fixture itself as there's no way MyDMX 3.0 would cause this kind of behavior.
