I am having issues wanting to use mydmxgo and the led pixel 4c tube lights controller, I have put in the brand Adj led 4c and the mode. It tells me to use a094 address and mode 1-48 channels. The issue is this does not work when connecting tablet to mydmxgo no internet connect as they instruct you but use just Wi-Fi. It connects but when I want to turn them on I get no response. The lights work manually but not the dmx using mydmxgo. Any other ideas for the lights and mydmxgo to work ? Thanks

Hi, when finding and patching fixtures into the GO app, you will need regular WIFI with internet, once they are downloaded to the app (green dot next to the name) then you can re-connect to the GOs wifi and begin trying the profile.
One other thing to be aware of is that the GO hardware only comes with 256 DMX channels to use in the app, if you exceed an address over 256 that fixture will not work as you then need to purchase more channels up to a total of 512 max.
