I'm waiting for them just the same as again they have become a very popular seller considering the Price point and the fact that aside from the velocity, it's the one of the ONLY players that has REAL TIME scratching in a Dual Deck Format!

hey, im havin a hard time choosin between the DCDPRO1000 and 2 CDI300's...im not after the fx... i just want somthin with real time scratching!!... i guess the main factor is i dont know if i want a cd player on each side of the mixer or have it under the mixer...

Well the CDI-300 is NOT real time "touch sensative" scratching. You would need the 500's or PS2's for that. The CDI-300 is more along the lines of the ProScratch1/PSX scratch modes. ie. The music won't stop just by touching the platter. It will only manipulate the sounds when the platter is in motion.

Honestly, if you can wait till the May when both the CDI 3 and 500 come out, I can give you a full detail on both. . . I have a review coming for the 1000. You can't go wrong either way. . . but between the 300 and 500 for $100 more you get A LOT more in the way of features.

You need it for a gig this weekend or can you get by without till next week. I have them coming in, and I'm at most 45 minutes away.

I need it as a backup for this friday april 30th, since the machine i have now has done its time and is periodically acting up (using it can be dangerous to our reputation)....I would still need it by Thursday sometime since We need to get familiar with it for this friday and next week as well since there will be no time in the week to get familiar. Im under a very tight schedule right now. If i cant get my hands on it then I'll have to borrow another machine as a backup which i really dont want to do.

Let me know what you can do. Prosound told me they may get them i today and t check with them, I dont know how true that statement was but I will be checking with them as well
