Hyper Beam

I have a Hyper Beam that will not light. Fan and motors run, but even new bulb doesn't light. Any suggestions?

ya open up your lamp door and make sure the lamp is in the socket all the way. also make sure you unplug the unit before messing with the lamp. and since it is prob a halogen capsule lamp DO NOT touch it with your bare hands as the oils on ur hands could at a later date cause the lamp to go out or blow on ya. lol. peace! jingles. welcome to the forums. happy thanksgiving.
