I noticed that I could not see the device WiFi listing on my iPad.  Tried it many times.  I then went into the Hardware Manager (latest on on ADJ website) to try to see what might be going on.  My device is listed as SiUDI10A and I have the latest Firmware: 0.06.  When I click on the Wifi settings, it throws Error Code: XHL 17.  What is problem?  I have only had this device for less than a year.  Has the WiFi gone out?

Does it give you the option to factory reset?

I have reset it a number of times and still no dice. The error seems to be directly related to the fact that the MyDMXGo unit is picking up my WiFi network.  I was able a couple of times to get into the settings and past the error my putting the unit in a safe while I connect via USB.  That is a ridiculous solution.  Since I logged this my unit now has all lights flashing and Code: 8.8.  I am so frustrated.  I should be able to connect to Hardware Manager via USB without my WiFi network interfering.

I have sent an email to ADJ support for both error XHL 17 and now 8.8. and no reply as yet.

Issue XHL17 solved
I was unable to adjust WiFi settings and Ethernet, it stuck on XHL17 error

The FW version was 1.10

After several tries and a long weekend trying to do work before the next gig solution was next:

Downgrade to FW version 0.26

I found this one by downloading the MyDMX3.0 Hardware Manager and installing on my MBP M2

This version of Hardware Manager will downgrade to FW 0.26

Also very important to use a high quality USB-C cable, no USB HUBS and please don’t use the default USB cable that comes with the MyDMX Go, it is poor quality.

After downgrading to 0.26 I was finally able to adjust WiFi settings. Some times still stucks on XHL17 error.

I’m still unable to get work on access point mode, so I configured as Station and I’m using an additional old CISCO router.

Now the iPad and MyDMX Go runs smooth with the CISCO router.

Hopefully I don’t have to upgrade the FW version or probably I will have issues again.

Cheers!
