MY DMX3.0 SOFTWARE AND MYD330 NOT YET GETTING SYNC . BECAUSE WHEN WE BOUGHT THE SYSTEM WE HAVE THE SOFTWARE LICENCE . AND YEASTERDAY I BAOUGHT THE UPGRADING FILE BECAUSE I NEED ANDROID CONNECTIVITY BUT I CANT OPEN THAT PART WHEN IAM CHECKING THE DMXSOFT WEBSITE ITS SHOWING 2 MYDMX3 SOFTWARE WAS INSTALLED ONE CAN HELP ME TO FIX THIS ISSUE

Hi, the connection of the interface cannot be split between two programs at the same time, that is why it's giving you the error. Turn off SUT and hardware manager will detect it fine.
Also if you are buying upgrades and your device is already registered, no need to have it connected, once you open the program with internet it will bring down any updates from the online store and apply them to your license.

I have resolume arena and mydmx3.0 both are using for one venue that time I get this crashed
I've no idea, i would reach out to resolume to ensure you are setting up midi the right way, MyDMX 3 you must have the FULL license on your hardware to use MIDI and then you just set it up in the settings and midi settings.
