fixture profile for non-ADJ supported software?

After reading the forum policies, I'm still a bit uncertain about making this post, but I need the information, and if it isn't forthcoming I'll go elsewhere. I need a profile for an ADJ megapixel LED light bar, but I don't use MyDMX. I use Lightfactory 1.4. I understand the policy about discussing non-ADJ products, but I'm not interested in discussing lightfactory. I just want to be able to use lightfactory with a specific ADJ intelligent fixture. Is this the appropriate forum to request this kind of information?

We really don't make profiles for other controller. Just ADJ ones. sorry. Maybe try emailing the Light factory people and they can make it for you. to make any fixture profiles I'm sure all they would need is the PDF manual with the DMX traits which you can get from our website. I would love to help but I just don't know how to make profiles for light factory.

If you are referring to the owner's manual, it has none of the technical information required to create a profile. What is missing are the byte off-sets (Hi byte/Lo byte) for the RGB, strobe, macro, and dimmer traits for all seven channel modes (3,4,7,10,16,24, 28) that the Megapixel LED lightbar supports. This information would be needed by any control software, so I'm certain it is available; I just need to make contact with the right people. Thank you for your time.

In the PDF manual of the mega Pixel it does have the proper dmx traits for all the channel modes.
Also the RGB and dimmer channels are all high byte I believe.
