I keep trying to open 2 specific files that are nearly the same but with a few tweaks on scenes. One opens and all the fixtures that were patched are gone. The other opens but has a popup that says something can't be found. I'd like to know how to fix these, I've used the saved set of scenes multiple times. I attached a screen shot of the pop up. Any help would be great, thank you.

Hi, looks like a custom icon file that was used cannot be found anymore, can you send me both versions of the file and we can have it looked at? Either upload here or email to me at James.keeley@Elationlighting.com

Hi, thanks, i got your email! I did check the files myself briefly and i get the same results as you, so now i will send this to our developer team and see if they can fix this, there are no promises that they can, but they will try.

Double-check if all external files referenced by your scenes are still available in their original locations.
@Nicky_Balz can you tell me if this happened on Windows or Mac? Unfortunately, i've given your two files to the developers, and they are not able to recover your patch, something happened to your patch and this is the 1st time I've ever seen the patch disappear from a MyDMX 3 show file. So if you could please tell us more info like what computer OS and when/how you think it happened that will be great. I'm very sorry I couldn't give you better news.
