eliminator

Does any one have info on the ADJ Eliminator and ADJ Universal DMX-512 controller model:SAB-19/c?I cannot seem to find anything on these lights or controller.Hope some one can help.User instructions would be better than smashing the lights into smaller easy to chew pieces.
