Looking for some help please. Software up to date, have my for life license and everything is connected to the same wifi. When I go to the show screen all the options on the right hand side are all greyed out and cant turn on the remote option. Can someone help me to sort this out.

Hi, its not "for life" you need to see it is FULL for life or yearly. By default the interface comes with EXPRESS for Life, you need FULL license to use the Show/Easy Remote functions.
You can upgrade to FULL at store.dmxsoft.com with a free 30-day trial and then can pay a one time for life fee or a yearly fee for less.

The 2nd picture in your first post shows only an express license.
Again thanks for the reply. So is that what the problem is? Last July after trying the 30 day trail I made a payment of €108.49 which I understood was for life.
Log into your account and synchronize your interface using the SUT tool on chrome or firefox web browser and see if that refreshes your lifetime license, if not, create a support ticket with the store, as we at ADJ don't manage the web store or the licenses directly.
