Dropouts

Hi,

New to my Dmx go, love the functionality but my issue is ipad app doesn’t stay connected and struggles to reconnect to the interface. At home it works fine, was recently at an event with around 6 thousand people there (town centre Christmas light switch on event) I’m running sound and lighting on the stage only, my I pad is next to the my Dmx go device which is also next to my extreme air router, all showing excellent signal and connected.
yet the app struggles to find and then stay connected to the Dmx interface. Is the problem the amount of people close by with mobile devices blocking the 2.4/5ghz channels?
Need a solution if anyone has one. Thanks.

Try changing the wifi channel to a different less used number. also another customer wrote this PDF for best results of connectivity with your own router.
