Dongle Not WORKING! HELP

Hey everyone in a bit of an emergency at hand here, I have an install at a clients venue and the ADJ myDMX 3 dongle is not being recognized by ANY pc it's plugged into.

It also seems to be stuck in "EA" mode.

I have attempted all possible fixes i found online from "SiudiDriver" reinstall to a FULL software reinstall.

Any suggestions or links will help!

Hi what is the release date of the software and if you can try to open hardware manager and see if it detects in there.
