DJ Spot 250 Not Working...

After about 6 months of use 1 of my 4 DJ Spot 250's went out, what looked to be a basic bulb outage was quickly addressed. As I was changing the bulb I realized that the old one had a brown smudge on the top inside of the bulb; which I guaranteed me that the bulb was not working, so I replaced it. But now with the new exact same bulb in the fixture isn't working is there any tricks or tips or even help! Anyone out there can offer...

PS The fixture comes on the fuse is still good I can actually see inside of the fixture that gobo's and color will is responsive....but the bulb is not on.

If the unit is not turning on the lamp and the unit was purchased 6 months ago I would suggest letting the ADJ Service Team handle it. Call us at 800-322-6337 to obtain an RA# with shipping instructions.
