Why is there no feedback from MIDI programs eg. TRAKTOR, PCDJ, Virtual DJ.
No lights in the buttons, no time in the display.
You cant even see on the Radius, if the song is playing, or witch scratch mode you are in.
Absolutely no feedback..

Disapointed RADIUS owner.

First off, sorry to hear you have had a bad experience. I am unable to download a manual in regards to this product so I'm unsure how to advise you.

First, did you do your troubleshooting? Do you see your MIDI interface lighting up? Are your MIDI cables good(they have a tendency to fail as they are cheap cables and connectors, any and ALL brands!). Is your MIDI signal routing done properly? Is MIDI enabled/activated on the hardware? Are your channels set up properly?

I'll look into this more later if and as time permits.
No, they just dont have the capability to show any feedback.
Besides MIDI written in the display.

Same goes for the Radius 1000 and 2000.

And why does it need to reread my loaded CD everytime, just because i jumped to USB or SD input.
It shouldnt do that, its totaly anoying...

Ive been working with professional audio and MIDI since 1986, so no problems there.

Details are what makes a good product.
The Technician,
Actually the radius series can/will work lights and all. What is the exact software you tried with it? Which version, and which mapper? Can you send me/post the mappers you tried?

I am sorry you felt the need to spend $4000 to replace a product that is perfectly capable of doing what you wanted at 1/10th the price.

Good luck with your 2000's, and I hope you never have a problem with them.
most products when new come with first generation issues, just like tv's xbox ... you get the point. i've learned not to jump on new products the first year they come out, jus wait a little while so all the problems get worked out. i have had many problems with adj products ( i have mentioned them up and down these forums ) and realized that you cannot get the new toys when they first come out. the only thing that i can say that have worked for me fresh out of the box are my htd 4.5 tables and for some reason were discontinued and replaced with BELT DRIVE tables that could never handle the abuse i put my tables through. i cannot believe that gemini has better current tables than adj. just doesnt make sense to me. now i am in the market for a second set of tables and dont have the option of my htd's. nowadays, any table is up to par with techs, exept adj.

sorry to hear about your issues with the radius, but you live and learn.
Good day,
I am DJ O'KAY a radio DJ from Nigeria. I have a pair of Radius 1000 which I intend using with either Virtual DJ or Tractor. After failed attempt at using it with Virtual DJ 5 and 6, I tried using it tractor.
Getting to your website, I found Midi Command Files (Traktor Duo V.1.2.1) which I tried using for my Tractor studio 3 but to no avail. Please let me know if there is something I am not doing right. Please let me have the necessary things to do at getting the Radius 1000 to work perfectly with Traktor.
Thanks.
