Device Not Detected

I am using MyDMX3 (Version: Dec 22 2017) on macOS 10.15.2(Catalina). My Interface (SIUDI9M) is detected by the Hardware Manager but does not show up as a device in MyDMX3. The Hardware Manager can control the DMX on its own without issue. I leave the Hardware Manger and/or other Driver software closed when using MyDMX3 but the device still does not show up. I have tried different USB ports and tried unplugging/replugging in the device (along with the dmx) while using MyDMX3 and no change. My Hardware Manager is up to date. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

you are using a really old release of MyDMX 3, try the latest Beta: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/6mv...w2qHDda6w3ouQIa?dl=0

I followed that link and installed, made no difference, plus they wanted me to pay for a license to use it in full
