Do you have the hardware interface? if, so try a different USB port and also make sure the dongle is plugged in for about a minute before starting the program.

Hello, I stuck in the demo mode, running 2011 macpro. decided to try software DMX.
I don't know if my dmx buddy dongle is the issue or what.I have downloaded all the version. it tells me I running 2.0. or 2.1, but cannot get out of demo mode.
Also,I need a profile for a Marq Gesture spot 300.

1st: Check the quality of your USB cable.
2nd: Use the shortest one you have.
3rd: plug your dongle and wait for 1 or 2 minutes before launching MyDMX2 (only for the first run; it will be faster next time)
