Dekker LED intermittent problem

I have two Dekkers and when programmed with the same scene one behaves but one unit's LED's turn on and off intermittently. They both display the correct colors for the scene. It seems that it could be rotation related, it seems to happen in the same spot. Could this be an easy fix by cleaning the contacts? (I sent this to the support group but haven't heard back yet) Any ideas?

Do you have the Dekkers addressed to the same channel?

Does the scene contain a sound active function?

As for cleaning, I doubt that this would be the issue and probably a loose connection if anything.

Yes the two share the same DMX address. No sound active in the scene. Since the unit is out of warranty, the price for repair and shipping would probably exceed my purchase price. Any suggestions as to where I might look on the logic board would be appreciated. I am a long time computer tech and have experience with boards and wiring.
