Hi, there's a lot of old videos online from users where there was a profile builder app that you can download, it has since been moved to a browser based website where you can log in and make profiles and as long as they are created with the same account as the one signed into the MyDMX GO app, the profiles will be there.

How do you mean? I made those videos and no one has said anything about it's not clear? you may need to watch it on a larger screen, but it should guide you through making profiles.
Or if you have a DMX chart, we can just make it for you.
