Crashing

I uninstalled myDMX go, then reinstalled it and it still asks for a update. I than installed the hardware tools app and once I tried to update it, the program crashed on my iPad. What can I possibly do next to try and fix this issue?

Use a Windows or Mac computer and use the hardware manager program to update the firmware. https://www.adj.com/mydmx-go
then go to downloads and grab the file you need for Mac or windows.
Install it, hook the USB cable up to the computer, open HWM and run the firmware update.
you should also check for app updates for the GO app as well as the hardware manager app.
