Hi, sorry to see you are having crashes. there could be many reason for a crash, can you tell me the release date of the 3.0 software you have installed as well as if you are using it on mac or windows? and which exact version number of MAc OS or Windows.

Hi. firstly thank you for your response. The release date is Oct 26 2022 as the latest update  in your site. I operate windows 11 ( pc, intel 7, 16gb ram)
