I have bought a Contour light and the small remote ADJ UC IR is not working. The battery has been tested and full. Is there a setting on the light. The instructions say point to the front within 30 metres. Any help appreciated.

Thank you. This is the Contour light.
I asked one of the techs in the office and they said,
"As long as they point to the front of the light with the IR remote it should work, there isn’t a setting to disable the IR setting on the light. It is possible either the remote or the light could be defective."
Jingles, thank you very much. I think the light or remote are defective. Not a real problem as I DMX it so it works perfectly that way. Thank you for replying. Much appreciated!
