Connection Failed

Hi, I just installed the 2.1 software on my macbook (OS 10.11) and when running it, I need to register with my Dmxsoft account. When I do so, this message pops up: "Error while connecting to your account. Please give this error to the Technical support (SN847877 - error 77)."

My internet connection is just fine. So, what can I do about this? I can get past the registration, but then I can only use it in demo mode (which works fine btw)

Problem solved: changed standard browser to Chrome (from Safari).
