I have recently purcahed 4 Mega Bar LED RC to MyDMX2.0 (which just after I purchased them were discontinued) I cannot seem to get them to work with the software.
can anyone help me solve this problem

is there a profile in the library for this fixture?

It is the one meter mega bar. I am not sure if I have got the settings right on the 4 mega bars themselves. Also I am not sure if there is a profile that is correct on the software but as I dont know if I have set the lights right I could have used the right one lol.

Double check your channel mode settings and also the profile mode and you should be good to go. The RC version is the exact same as the normal mega bar.
