Connecting general luminaires to myDMX

Hi. I need to run a 600 x 600 mm LED luminaire and have a Enttec Open USB2DMX widget, cables and Freestyler. Somehow, the luminaire is not recognised by the software, since it is not a standard "Disco light". Please advise. Thank you! Lars-Fredrik.

Dear Mr. Forberg,
I am somewhat confused by your post here. You are asking for help with a fixture and you say your are using the Enttec lighting widget with the open source Freestyler software. This forum section is mostly used by a bunch of us frustrated and generally angry American DJ myDMX 2.0 users. I found through Google that Freestyler has its own user support forum - have you already posted something there? I'm just concerned that you may be waiting a long time for any help on this forum. Thank you for your reply, Tommy.
I am using both Freestyler and myDMX and got an advice from the Freestyler forum to use the fixture creator. I will try that and come back here if it doesn't. Lars-Fredrik
