Chauvet intimidator spot led 250

Hi hoping if some one can help I have a pair of spot led 250s but I cannot get mydmx go to control them

i I have a showtec phantom 50 and that works

I see in the fixture list there is a spot 250 and a 10 bit version but not sure what I should use

my versions are the spot led 250

any suggestions

Hi, the name will be most important to find, it will say exactly, "Intimidator Spot LED 250" and that is the profile you want to use. In terms of it being 8-bit (less channels) or 16-bit (more channels) that is up to you, the key part is to make sure whatever mode you have patched is the SAME mode of operation you have enabled within the fixtures menu system on the fixtures display. When they match up it will work perfectly.
