I just connected these lights using one of the profiles in the app and it doesn't strobe when you press the strobe button. Does the profile need to be fixed? Thanks!

Hi, i see an update to the BO-BAR5050 5_12_14_75CH profile was updated just a few days ago, have you patched this profile into your WMX1? Or can you tell me what channel mode you are using?

I just received my lights yesterday and mine are the 5/14/75 version. I tried using the 5 channel and 14 channel modes, but the lights didn't respond to anything so I have them in the 75 channel mode.

oh ok, does everything else in the 75 channel mode work? can you maybe show us in a short video whats responding and not?
