I have just purchased my dmx go. It needs IOS 10 to work so I purchased an ipad gen 4 with IOS 10.3.3. Downloaded the App. When I open the app it comes on for 2 seconds and goes off back to main screen. ANY HELP PLEASE. I have connected the wifi with no problems still the same just switches off. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still the same. I have also rebooted the ipad. Still the same. Anybody no why. Thank you

Hi there, i realised this the following day and went back and got an iPad Air and the app works perfectly. Done 2 shows this week and it’s absolutely brilliant. I would recommend this product 100%

Hi, if your divice is not listed on the ADJ site for my dmx go it will not work. I went back to the shop & bought and iPad Air and it immediately worked. Brilliant product. It’s definitely your divice.
