App will not load on ipad

I have just purchased my dmx go. It needs IOS 10 to work so I purchased an ipad gen 4 with IOS 10.3.3. Downloaded the App. When I open the app it comes on for 2 seconds and goes off back to main screen. ANY HELP PLEASE. I have connected the wifi with no problems still the same just switches off. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still the same. I have also rebooted the ipad. Still the same. Anybody no why. Thank you
