I need urgent help/advice, my 3Z has decided it doesn’t want to power up anymore.. I’ve tried changing the fuse, I’ve tried different leads, I’ve tried different sockets… absolutely nothing..

We don't have service techs monitoring the forums, but they are on the phones if you call them.
If you haven’t fixed it already, a new power board should fix it. I’ve had that happen on a few fixtures.
Figured out the issue. At some point the thermal grease wore off and most likely caused the led to overdraw, heating the wire and eventually causing it to sever with friction. Wire has been replaced and she has been fully serviced/working good as new.
