We use the ADJ Cue Basic adapter for our church lightning. We have set solid 1 color scenes with no fancy fades or anything even close. But every 45 minutes randomly the lights will go off and then immediately back on without anything being touched. We adjusted the power settings on the windows computer to prevent sleep or hibernation on the computer we're using to run the Compu Show software. Does this sound like a software issue or a issue with the ADJ Cue Basic adapter? The scenes all work fine just having the issue of all the lights in the scenes randomly turning off and then immediately back on.
