ok you may need to try hooking it up to a dmx controller to see if it will move using the pan and tilt channels. if it won;t using that then you have a more serious issue. try calling tech support mon-fri 9am-5pm Cali. time. the number is: 1-(323)-582-2650. or e-mail them @ parts(at)american dj(dot) com hope this helps and you get it working. peace! sincerely jingles.
