Accu spot 250 2

I have two Accu spot 250 2 and one of them won't move. I have found fuse F1 blown on the board. Does anyone know what that fuse controls. I have a multi meter to do testing and a spare light to swap parts if there is anyone that could help me. Thanks in advance.Gregg

Well I have removed all of the wire from the Mini Pantilt 05-B board and found the short is in the white wires that supply 20 volts a/c. I guess its time for new board ?
